Marketing Executive (Junior Level) Company: Aqina Poultry Sdn Bhd Location: Bandar Baru Bangi Salary: Up to RM3,500 Working Days: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM & Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM) Job Descriptions 1. Research, identify, and adapt to the latest social media trends, especially on TikTok and XHS. 2. Report Generation and Submission: o Competitor Activities Report - Create and compile competitor activity report which consist of Mailer participation, Contest, On Ground, New Launch, Pricing and Social Media Activities Tracking Info (if any of the above available for the particular month) on monthly basis based on Modern Trade channel physical or online observation. o Expo/Event Visit Report - Create and compile expo/event visit report which consist of competitor activities, photos, booth design, special promo/price and latest market development or trend upon visit to Expo/Event. 3. Administrative Support: Manage administrative task for the marketing department such as marketing budget tracking, inventory checklist, marketing items placement and arrangement in office, updating of marketing assets in shared folder for example packaging artwork, POSM, certificates, approved quotation and invoices and scheduling of meeting plus preparation minutes of meeting. 4. Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers for printing requirements to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. 5. Event Management supporting Organising Chairperson: o Event Period - Event set up and preparation, on-site coordination and planning of ad hoc or contingency plan. o Post Event - Budget finalisation, organising and chairing of post mortem meeting, recording post mortem meeting minutes, arrangement of event selling stocks balance, inventory list updating. 6. Marketing Support: Support Marketing Manager for development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. 7. Communication: Ensure, clear, documented and effective communication between the marketing team and other stakeholders. 8. Ad Hoc Handling: Tasks or duties that are urgent or arise unexpectedly, which requires immediate attention. Requirements 1. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. 2. Experiences : Minimum 1 year in marketing, event coordination, or social media content creation (TikTok, XHS). 3. Technical Skills : Proficiency in social media tools, photos/video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. 4. Additional : Willingness to travel, valid driver's license preferred.
