What You'll Do: Customer Experience Support (50%) Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, all our social media platform and website Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with a professional, brand-consistent tone Track and escalate issues to relevant internal departments (sales/logistics/product) for resolution Monitor customer satisfaction touchpoints (reviews, ratings, comments) Ensure prompt, polite, and brand-aligned communication across all platforms Record all leads in the Excel sheet Meta Ads & Digital Campaign Support (20%) Assist on updating weekly reports from the dashboard Assisting on scheduling ads Join brainstorming session and contribute idea for social content E-Commerce Marketing Execution (30%) Handle order processing, returns, exchanges, and after-sales service. Liaise with logistics partners for deliveries, pickups, and courier arrangements Manage product return processes by verifying returned goods for condition and eligibility, and ensuring accurate documentation of return transactions Keep product listings and marketing visuals on Shopee, Lazada, and the company site up to date Help track key e-commerce campaign periods (e.g. 9.9, 11.11) Support the execution of promotions, bundles, and e-voucher mechanics Assist in uploading creatives and preparing product content for online campaigns ???? Who Are You: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in customer service, digital marketing, or e-commerce Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written) Basic design knowledge using tools like Canva , Adobe Express , or other simple visual tools (good to have but not necessary, as training will be provided) Familiarity with Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), Shopee, or Lazada is an advantage Detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Willing to learn digital tools and campaign coordination (training provided) Language: English, Malay, Mandarin ????
