We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Managing employee relations, promoting positive work environments, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and mitigating risks associated with industrial disputes.Job Descriptions:
  • Preparing the Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, and other disciplinary letters related to disciplinary matters.
  • To assist in reviewing, formulating, developing, and implementing Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Attending all disciplinary issues, staff counseling & grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in compliance with labour laws.
  • Monitoring employee progress and staying abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
  • Fostering cross-functional relationships and ensuring managers and employees are properly connected.
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have including handling PIP ( Performance Improvement Plan).
  • To assist and conduct Domestic Inquiries, supervising matters to IR, and upholding natural justice in dealing with the employee.
  • To assist with queries that any of the employees might encounter.
  • Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
  • Ensuring HR staff is knowledgeable about the Company's policies and complies with them.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience (preferably in IR function)
  • Willing to travel across the region, prefer candidates that possess own transport.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya and travel for JTK matters.
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in Human Resource, Management or Business
  • Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
