- Preparing the Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, and other disciplinary letters related to disciplinary matters.
- To assist in reviewing, formulating, developing, and implementing Human Resource policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and guidelines to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Attending all disciplinary issues, staff counseling & grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in compliance with labour laws.
- Monitoring employee progress and staying abreast of company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Fostering cross-functional relationships and ensuring managers and employees are properly connected.
- Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have including handling PIP ( Performance Improvement Plan).
- To assist and conduct Domestic Inquiries, supervising matters to IR, and upholding natural justice in dealing with the employee.
- To assist with queries that any of the employees might encounter.
- Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
- Ensuring HR staff is knowledgeable about the Company's policies and complies with them.
- At least 2 years of experience (preferably in IR function)
- Willing to travel across the region, prefer candidates that possess own transport.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya and travel for JTK matters.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in Human Resource, Management or Business
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
