Job Responsibility Personal Assistant to GM To assist GM on all personal and confidential matters. Secretarial support for meetings as and when by the GM, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, prepare minutes, communicating meeting reminders and confirming venue. Writing and distributing comprehensive minutes and action points to all members post meeting. Drafting and writing high quality report and presentations, as required by GM. Oversee office organization, supplies, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning work environment. Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the GM, collaborating with various departments and teams as needed. Provide administrative and organizational support with aspects of office, facilities and HR management to help ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations Undertake all other assignment or related duties as assigned by the GM as and when required. Human Resource Lead the HR function in full spectrum of Human Resource, including Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment and all other areas to ensure smooth business operation from HR. The role requires an in depth knowledge of HR service delivery to support the business culture and organization by developing and driving HR strategies, processes and practices. Manage organization competencies through dynamic recruiting, retaining and development strategies. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in conditions of employment, downsizing, promotion, etc To develop and coordinate in training procedure, policies and audits. To investigate and involved in employee s disciplinary matters. Responsible for handling key Performance Indicator (KPI), appraisal for all level of employees. To develop and implement of HR strategies, process and programs to meet the specific HR needs of the department. To work closely with Functional Heads to resolve day to day HR operational issues. Job Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent Good knowledge of local employment Act and Industrial Relation Act At least 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity Good communication skill, people-oriented and demonstrate high level of confidential Excellent organizational and time management skills , with the ability to multitask effectively. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate need and take initiatives Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Proficient in Ms word, Excel and Power Point Job Benifits Benefit follows Malaysia Labour Law Free Parking
