RESPONSIBILITIES Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate engagement. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, policies, and frameworks across the group. Continuously improve screening, selection, interviewing, onboarding, and recruitment reporting processes. Lead sourcing tactics and enhance headhunting and evaluation methods. Forecast talent needs based on business growth and build talent pipelines. Utilize data analytics and HR tools to optimize sourcing and resume screening. Track key recruitment metrics such as source of hire and time-to-hire. Drive staffing-related projects and integrate improvements via HRMS. Oversee recruitment vendor contracts and renewals. Customer Relationship & Support Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs and shape effective recruitment strategies. Coordinate with headhunters and HRBPs on senior and urgent roles. Partner with HR CoE Leads, HRBPs, and HR Ops to gain alignment on recruitment initiatives. Engage with young talent to identify retention improvement opportunities. Academy & Government Collaboration Collaborate with universities and organizations for recruitment events, internships, and talent pipelining. Manage internship and permanent placements, including niche and technical roles. Ensure annual PROT G hiring targets are met as part of CSR initiatives. Track and report PROT G hiring and resignation status quarterly to Management. Employer Branding Promote the employer brand of the organization by develop, build and deploy strong employer branding to external market by establishing HI employer value proposition as a means to attract external talents. Explore social media channels as an additional avenue to hire candidates. Participation of recruitment events, such as career fairs, college recruitment program, graduates' development program, etc. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in recruitment and selection process, and operational process enhancement. A team player, proactive, result-oriented and innovative. A self-starter who is able to work independently to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of any HR system recruitment module with hands-on experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases Able to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates Strong working knowledge of posting jobs on social media networks.
