- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a range of business functions.
- Design and implement employer branding campaigns to position Bowtie as an employer of choice within insurance, health tech, and startup ecosystems.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to anticipate talent needs, support workforce planning, and drive pipeline development for critical roles.
- Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring respectful and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Utilise data-driven insights and market trends to optimise recruitment channels, diversify talent pools, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new joiners have an exceptional start to their Bowtie career.
- Build strategic relationships with external partners, universities, and talent communities to strengthen Bowtie’s presence and access new talent streams.
- 3-5 years’ full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally within tech, healthcare, or fast-paced environments.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn, Email, and other outreach channels
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated experience using digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards) and leveraging analytics for hiring success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese language.
