Job Responsibilities : 1.Primarily responsible for managing the daily accounting operations of the Malaysia subsidiary, including but not limited to routine accounting, bookkeeping, expense review, preparation of financial statements, tax filing and compliance, export tax rebate management, statistical reporting, annual audit coordination, cost accounting, asset and inventory control, as well as the maintenance and organization of accounting records. 2.Handle treasury and banking functions, including assisting with the opening and closing of bank accounts, managing daily banking transactions, preparing cash flow plans, processing daily fund settlements, and liaising with banks regarding financing arrangements. 3.Responsible for coordinating and communicating on all local financial matters, optimizing internal processes, and supporting the development of financial IT systems. 4.Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements : 1.Education: Associate degree and above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2.Work Experience: At least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience within a Malaysia manufacturing company. Demonstrated proficiency in Malaysia tax regulations and fiscal policies, with hands-on experience in export tax rebate applications and comprehensive bookkeeping. Capable of designing and implementing financial rules, procedures, and systems tailored to the Malaysia business environment. Possesses solid knowledge of accounting principles, fund settlement procedures, taxation, business registration, and audit practices. 3.Demonstrates a strong level of financial management capability, including the ability to lead financial audits, monitor compliance with business processes, and mitigate financial and tax-related risks in alignment with corporate governance standards. 4.Exhibits excellent communication and learning skills, a detail-oriented work ethic, a strong sense of responsibility, and adherence to professional ethics.
