  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years in hospitality marketing or consumer brand marketing; hotel experience preferred.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Hands-on with analytics, Meta/Google ads, email platforms, and content tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, project management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proven record of driving direct bookings and brand growth.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Lead brand strategy and calendar: campaigns, promotions, packages, and content.
  • Oversee digital performance: website, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search and paid social, email, and retargeting.
  • Drive social media, content, and community management; maintain brand voice.
  • Manage public relations: press releases, media kits, interviews, and influencer/KOL partnerships.
  • Coordinate photography/videography; ensure high-quality creative assets and on-brand collateral.
  • Manage online reputation (reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, OTA platforms); respond and escalate issues.
  • Build partnerships with corporates, attractions, event organizers, and tourism bodies.
  • Track results: leads, conversion, direct booking share, cost per acquisition, return on advertising spend.
  • Manage marketing budget, vendors, and agencies; ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and policies.
  • Lead a small team (or agencies); coach, set KPIs, and run weekly performance reviews.
