We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager, Market Communications (MARCOM) to lead our brand communications strategy with a strong focus on building brand awareness and growing our social media presence. This role is critical in shaping how the market perceives our brand, creating impactful messaging, and driving engagement across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, especially in social media strategy, influencer collaboration, digital storytelling, and audience engagement. Key responsibilities: Brand Awareness & Positioning Develop and execute bold, creative strategies to raise the brand&aposs visibility in the market. Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Lead initiatives that drive top-of-mind brand recall in key customer segments. Social Media & Digital Communications Oversee the brand's social media strategy, content planning, and community management across all platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X). Use social media analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and grow audience engagement and reach. Drive creative storytelling through social platforms, influencer partnerships, and real-time content. Integrated Campaign Management Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns, combining digital, PR, events, and content marketing. Collaborate with product, digital, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and customer needs. Media Relations & PR Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure positive coverage and brand mentions. Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media interviews, and speaking opportunities. Content Strategy Oversee the development of compelling content that drives brand affinity, including videos, articles, social posts, and branded assets. Ensure messaging is audience-relevant, on-brand, and consistent across all channels. Influencer & Community Engagement Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, ambassadors, and brand advocates to expand reach and relevance. Build programs to grow and engage the brand's online community. Performance & Insights Define KPIs for brand awareness and social engagement. Analyze data to evaluate campaign success and continuously improve strategy based on performance metrics. Team Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing communications and social media team.
