Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and implement channel marketing bundles, promotions, and marcom materials that support business growth and maximize marketing ROI. Oversee the marketing calendar, project timelines, and promotional schedules to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and deadlines. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns using paid, owned, and earned media, ensuring campaigns align with business goals. End-to-end responsibility for campaign ideation and timely delivery of all projects, such as brief templates, approvals, productions, sponsorships/partnerships, event management, reports, and so forth. Stay informed on competitor activities, market trends, and consumer/ business behaviour to develop data-driven marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. About You Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in Business, Marketing, or Advertising, with prior experience in the telco industry being a strong advantage. Proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, communication plans, and innovative campaigns. Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, consumer insights, and behaviour. Passion for organizing branded events, with excellent project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), discipline with attention to detail and teamwork mentality. Independent, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
