Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Branding & Communications located at Bloomsvale Office Tower. The Assistant Manager will develop and execute branding strategies, manage communications across various channels, and maintain brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: Brand Management: Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and press releases. Communications Strategy: Help execute integrated communication plans to promote products, services, and corporate initiatives. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company&aposs social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. Public Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and key influencers. Internal Communications: Support the creation of internal communications materials to keep employees informed and engaged. Event Support: Manage and support in the planning and execution of brand-related events, campaigns, press conferences, CSR and etc Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of branding and communications initiatives using relevant metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience in brand management, content creation, and social media marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
