Developing and implementing strategic framework that is aligned with the company’s objectives to drive consistent and impactful campaigns across all communication touchpoints.
Drive the development of creative and communications process through data-driven based for effective and measurable campaign outputs.
To monitor, update, and track the 3+9 roadmap, ensuring timely reporting and alignment of the monthly A&P activities for the current year.
To add value to all BUs and central marketing to achieve their objective by contributing analytical insights, reviewing, recommendations and implementing strategic framework to drive success to the campaigns.
Responsible for key communications of each campaign project to ensure it meets the desired outcome.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and sales operations, advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve the communications experience and maintain consistency across all touchpoints and stakeholders.
Identify market trends & opportunities, forge new strategic partnerships to improve and added values in the execution of the campaigns.
Managing stakeholders from Central Marketing, Marketing Managers from all BUs, and other related parties in the organisation.
Work closely with vendors and agencies and maintain good relationships to ensure effective and efficient diversified marketing distributions channel implementation (Creative Agency, Media Agency, Digital Agency, Media Owner, Printer, Event Organizer etc.)
Work in tandem with key managers to develop detailed budgets for campaign activations and diligently monitor expenses to maintain financial discipline.
Gather product information & preparation of Agency Brief, constant coordination with Advertising Agency, Media Agency, Digital Agency and/or Media Owner on job briefs, material requirement, artwork approval &material submission / production.
Assess proposal papers, presentations, and Requests for Approval (RFA) as required, ensuring they meet standards and are ready for management's consideration.
Ensure proper execution of related administration procedure and paperwork’s within the stipulated time frame i.e. GTM, RFP, RFA, LOA & Invoices.
To assist in other ad-hoc job functions as and when required by the Manager.
To prepare Request for Approval form (RFA) and Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for Manager, GM & CMSO before the appointment of agencies, vendors and supplier which are related.

Education/ Professional Qualification & Professional Experience

Degree in Marketing / Communications/Brand / Business Studies / Marketing Communications / Project Management or relevant discipline
3-5 years of relevant working experience in branding, marketing, communications, and public relations.
