- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Willing to work in Rotational Shift - 24/7, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer Support: Resolve issues; Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Educate and guide customers on the use of self-service options and automated banking channels.
- Conduct follow-up calls for transaction confirmations and request necessary supporting documents.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification tasks in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
