What You'll Do Support & Engagement Respond to support tickets promptly and professionally Own and improve supplier engagement strategies Provide 1-to-1 onboarding and training to supplier Training & Enablement Host weekly training webinars in Mandarin & English Develop and maintain supplier-facing training materials Track & report on training effectiveness and supplier engagement metrics Communication & Collaboration Act as liaison between customers/suppliers & internal teams to resolve issues Translate & communicate complex information clearly in both Mandarin & English Share supplier feedback with internal teams to improve product and support processes You Should Apply If You are fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken & written) You have experience in customer support, customer success or supplier management You enjoy teaching & guiding others through new tools and processes You are comfortable working independently during off-hours (China Business Hours) You are empathetic, resourceful and solution-focused You can manage competing priorities & communicate clearly Nice To Have (not mandatory) Experience in supply chain or familiarity with supplier operations Previous experience at a technology start-up or B2B SaaS company Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce or other support platforms
