Key Responsibility: Strategic HR Leadership Develop and execute regional HR strategies that align with the company&aposs growth, global HR goals and regional business plans. Advise regional leadership on organizational design, talent needs, culture transformation, workforce planning, and change management. Act as a change leader during regional business expansions, restructuring. Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) efforts across the region. Employee Relations, Governance & Compliance Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, cross-border employment issues, and regulatory HR reporting (e.g., fit and proper certifications, conduct codes). Handle escalated employee relations issues, including sensitive cases involving regulated personnel. Liaise with Legal/Compliance on HR policy reviews and audit readiness. Regional HR Operations & Data Integrity Ensure the consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all countries. Ensure accuracy and consistency of HRIS data and personnel records across jurisdictions. Lead regional reporting (e.g., headcount, attrition, eNPS, license renewal status) to CHRO and regulators where applicable. Support automation and digitization of HR operations for scalability. Talent Management Drive regional talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development strategies. Support performance management, coaching, and career growth initiatives. Lead key programs such as engagement surveys and action planning. Compensation & Benefits Align compensation and benefits programs with regional benchmarks and company guidelines. Partner with C&B and mobility teams to manage expatriate assignments and executive packages. Cross-functional Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between corporate HR, operational HR teams, and business leaders. Build a cohesive regional HR team and foster a collaborative, high-trust environment. Job Specifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, Finance, or Business. 10+ years of HR experience in a financial services or brokerage firm, including 5+ years in regional HR leadership. Familiarity with HR systems and strong data reporting skills. Exposure to high-growth, digital-first financial platforms or fintech-broker hybrids. Understanding of compensation frameworks tied to performance metrics, risk-weighted KPIs, or compliance scorecards. Excellent stakeholder management with cross-cultural sensitivity.
