SEA Human Resource Head

• Oversee full spectrum of human resource operation and administration at regional office, and be accountable for HR performance across regional offices including Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Build strong leadership capability for sustainability talent and succession pipeline.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Build a sustainable rewards strategy & system along with sound performance management.
• Drive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Enhance workforce planning and labor cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams across Southeast Asia.

• A strong academic background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage regional teams effectively.
