The Head of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for steering the HR function in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping a future-focused, high-performance culture by fostering employee engagement, championing talent development, and ensuring operational excellence across all HR domains. The Head of HR will lead the development and execution of people strategies that drive workforce productivity, well-being, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, people-centered leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires through example, and builds trust across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Develop and lead HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the company's business plans and strategic direction. Provide senior leadership with insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR trends. Culture and Employee Experience Foster an employee-centric culture focused on continuous improvement, empowerment, accountability, and performance. Champion initiatives that promote engagement, wellness, diversity, and inclusion. Operational Excellence Ensure efficient and consistent delivery of HR services, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, compliance, employee relations, and HRIS. Lead, coach, and mentor the HR team to deliver high-impact outcomes. Policy and Compliance Review and refine HR policies, procedures, and staff handbooks to ensure clarity, alignment, and legal compliance. Stay abreast of employment legislation and best practices to minimize risk and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Talent Management and Development Lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent. Drive learning, development, and succession planning strategies to address skill gaps and build future-ready teams. Compensation and Performance Guide the design and administration of fair and competitive compensation and performance management systems. Partner with leadership to ensure transparent performance reviews and growth pathways for employees. Budgeting and Resource Management Oversee the HR department budget and conduct regular analysis of costs, productivity, and ROI of HR initiatives. Employer Branding and External Relations Represent the organization at HR networking events and industry forums to build employer brand visibility and strategic partnerships. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5-6 years in a senior HR leadership or managerial role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in strategic HR planning, change management, and culture building. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and ethical decision-making capabilities. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture mindset.
