- Physically fit and able to handle long hours of standing and manual tasks.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and packing of food items for distribution to outlets.
- Follow standardized recipes and production schedules to maintain consistency and quality.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Handle and operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform portioning, labeling, and proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas.
- Support senior chefs and supervisors in daily kitchen operations.
