- Prior experience in a hot kitchen or similar cooking role
- Able to speak basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Able to work weekends, selected public holidays, and rotating shifts
- Prepare and cook dishes including grilled meats, pastas, fried items, and roast items (Non-Halal)
- Maintain high food quality and consistency
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Kitchen prep, opening and closing tasks
- Professional Training by a Culinary Consultant
