  • Prior experience in a hot kitchen or similar cooking role
  • Able to speak basic English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Able to work weekends, selected public holidays, and rotating shifts
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes including grilled meats, pastas, fried items, and roast items (Non-Halal)
  • Maintain high food quality and consistency
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are followed
  • Kitchen prep, opening and closing tasks
