- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recipes.

- Inquisitive and eager to learn new skills.
- Alongside the leadership team, develop and launch new products from concept to rollout.
- Test and refine recipes for taste, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Assist in creating 100% repeatable SOPs for outlet consistency.
- Oversee trials and taste panels; gather and act on feedback.
- Provide technical input on recipes, ingredients, and quality control.
- Monitor food trends and propose commercially viable ideas.
- Train kitchen teams to maintain product quality across all outlets.
