• Deep and demonstrable expertise in US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) is essential
• Strong understanding and practical experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
• Proven ability to manage financial operations in a regional capacity.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with the business services industry is a plus.
