- Lead and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor and improve internal controls and financial systems.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in the utilities / manufacturing / energy or other related sectors.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
- Open to working 5.5 days a week.
