Group Financial Controller

• Lead and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives effectively.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and financial systems.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

• A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in the utilities / manufacturing / energy or other related sectors.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
• Open to working 5.5 days a week.
