The Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations and reporting within the energy industry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage the Accounting & Finance department effectively in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Financial Reporting and Forecasting: Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and the full set of financial statements for the group.
External and Statutory Reporting: Prepare and submit quarterly and annual financial reports to Bursa Malaysia, and coordinate with external auditors and the company secretary to ensure compliance.
Strategic Financial Support: Provide financial analysis for project feasibility studies and prepare reports and papers for board meetings.
Corporate and Project Management: Manage corporate exercises and liaise with bankers for financing needs.
Administrative and Ad-Hoc Duties: Oversee the administrative department and handle other tasks as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.

A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
