Job Responsibilities: Participate in the management of the business department from an HR perspective. Establish the human resource management system for the respective business department. Provide feedback on the implementation effectiveness of HR policies, HR projects, and HR processes to HR experts and the HR shared services center. Coordinate in employee relations and investigate training needs. Develop and implement the annual HR work plan for the business department. Operate HR strategies and execution plan suitable for the business department. Participate in the development of leadership and talent development pathways in the business department. Support corporate culture change and participate in change initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor&aposs degree or higher, preferably in a human resources-related field. More than 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably with a background in HRBP roles in large internet companies. Strong communication and coordination skills, approachability, and learning ability.
