Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and carpenters. Lead high-level product presentations and consultations, assisting clients with product specifications and tailored solutions. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform business strategies. Provide technical support and expert product advice to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, project fulfillment, and client satisfaction. Mentor and support junior sales team members, where applicable. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, with a strong track record in building materials, laminates, veneers, or interior finishing products. Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in the interior design, furniture, or fit-out sectors. Sales Expertise: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Client Network: Established relationships with designers, contractors, developers, or carpenters are a strong advantage.
