Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Event Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English and Mandarin
At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven track record in delivering high level events in Malaysia & across the region.
Candidate is required to have prior experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Passionate about the events industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to lead an event and direct client decision making.
Candidates are required to be physically IT

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute captivating events and brand activations by thoroughly understanding clients' requirements and objectives.
Generate fresh and imaginative ideas to enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing events.
Confirm and communicate layouts and set-up requirements for events.
Assist in event set-up and takedown with all related logistics.
Perform final checks on the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.
Collaborate closely with our creative and project teams to translate ideas into seamless event solutions that surpass client expectations.
Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
Any ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager.
