Job Responsibility Plan and coordinate various aspects of events, including logistics, venues, and scheduling. Ensure seamless execution of events, overseeing setup, coordination of vendors, and managing on-site activities. Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their event requirements, and providing updates on the event's progress. Any other ad-hoc job or work deem necessary by the event Job Requirements Willing to learn and adapt to the industry Must be comfortable to communicate and have to deal with client s request not limiting to vendors and suppliers Have experience in managing event documentations and paperwork Have experience in managing On-site event co-ordination, set-up, tear down, event flow, floor management etc Experience in Meeting / Conference / Team Building / Award Dinner event.
