Company Description We are a Kuala Lumpur-based event organising agency. In line with our expansion, we are seeking for candidates to fill the vacancies of Event Executive with us. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing events. The Event Executive will also be responsible for event projects development, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, and assist in the event execution. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Event planning, organizing and executing skills Budget management skills Liaison and stakeholder management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the events industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the Event Executive role may include technical skills such as proficiency in event management software, strong problem-solving skills, and a creative approach to event planning.
