
Mandarin Customer Success Specialist - Reservation Project

- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (2 days off)
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Experience in banking or financial services customer support is a plus
- Eager to learn and improve
- Assist guests with planning and booking reservations and services
- Guide customers on self-service tools and automated banking channels
- Follow up with customers for transaction confirmations and request supporting documents when necessary
- Understand customer needs, analyze issues, and provide effective solutions
- Support the achievement of individual and team performance goals (KPIs)
