Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media and Content Creation Manager for Kamileon Fitness as a whole. As part of this role, you'll be the voice, vision, and vibe of Kamileon Fitness on all things social. The role involves managing day-to-day social media activities, creating engaging content, implementing social media marketing strategies, and optimizing social media presence for our Kamileon Fitness establishments. Location: WP Kuala Lumpur (based at our Jalan Ampang, KL and Jalan Hang Tuah, KL locations, assigned throughout the week) What You&aposll be Doing Social Media Mastery: Manage our social media channels day-to-day, keeping feeds active and engaging! ???? Creative Content Creation: Develop, curate, and edit content that tells our story and energizes our audience. Strategic Social Planning: Plan and implement social media strategies that make waves and build brand love. Graphic Design Flair: Put your creativity to the test with basic design work - visuals that pop are a huge plus! Optimize for Impact: Ensure each post shines with Social Media Optimization (SMO) and drive engagement. Analyze & Report: Measure what works! Track metrics, report results, and optimize for ongoing growth.
