- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos, reels, and short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create eye-catching posters, banners, and graphics that are both informative and meme-worthy.
- Manage and grow our social media accounts with a focus on Gen Z-friendly content, memes, and witty captions.
- Plan and run Google Ads campaigns - from setup to optimization.
- Monitor social media trends, viral challenges, and pop culture to keep our content fresh and relatable.
- Analyze and report performance of content and campaigns, then optimize for better results.
- Collaborate with the team for creative brainstorming sessions and marketing campaigns.
- Experience with video shooting and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc)
- Skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Understanding of Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads Manager.
- Creative, witty, and not afraid to make bold, funny, or meme-based content.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
- Bonus: You have your own TikTok or meme page, or experience creating viral content.
