Responsibilities: Assist in consolidating and synthesizing updates on Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) from various teams and sources, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation. Proactively identify, document, and escalate any project challenges, risks, or obstacles to relevant stakeholders, working collaboratively to resolve issues swiftly and maintain momentum across multiple strategic initiatives. Prepare detailed, well-structured presentations and analytical reports that clearly communicate project progress, key strategic insights, and potential initiative impacts to key stakeholders. Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among initiative owners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment with organizational strategic objectives and agile methodologies, promoting transparency and accountability. Support the establishment, tracking, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for strategic projects, enabling continuous monitoring of outcomes and driving data-informed adjustments to enhance effectiveness and impact. Continuously identify areas for process, workflow, and strategic improvements within initiatives and team operations, recommending and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency, quality, and value delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, strategy analysis, or project coordination preferred. Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience implementing projects via Agile practices is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to produce high-quality documentation, presentations, and other content tailored to diverse audiences.
