Job Purpose To provide requisite support to all Business Users in addressing issues encountered in relation to the Loan Origination System (LOS). To work jointly with all Business Users and SSU team on new requests and/or enhancements i.e. from initiation of Service Requests up to deployment to production. This includes inter-alia active involvement in Functional Specification documentation, walkthrough and clarification/follow-up sessions with Vendor(s) and stakeholders, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or Regression Testing activities. To help identify, clarify and to coordinate with relevant Stakeholders to facilitate relevant improvements to the System and/or to address defects in production on a timely basis. To assist in conducting training sessions for Users, manage communication activities and to perform regular and/or adhoc reporting as required, to various stakeholders. Job Responsibilities Creation and updating of Bank's forms / templates in Loan Origination System (LOS). Configuration of new/ amended Letter of Offer templates. Creation of new data blocks, system prompters, help pages, configuration of rules / conditions in Loan Origination System. Building user interfaces. Generation of new dashboards or reports. Any other assignments or related tasks assigned by supervisor as and when required inclusive of support on system enhancements, product and process improvements, etc. by actively participating in projects/initiatives, training, roll outs and reviews. Job Requirements Degree Holder or Professional in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields. Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience of which at least 5 years has been in a financial institution. Possess sound knowledge of banking products & services. Has strong business acumen and IT related know-how and experience. Skills & Knowledge Proven technical competencies in SQL and JavaScript. Competencies in related areas like UAT Management, Project Management and Elixir would be an advantage. Sound analytical and problem-solving skills including attention to details. Good management and leadership skills. Familiar with BNM Guidelines and general Business / Corporate Banking policies and procedures. Possess good written, verbal communication and presentation skills including in English. Good interpersonal skills to effectively work with other business units and various stakeholders.
