Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above 3. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or digital solution sales, ideally within the CX, CRM, or automation/RPA domain. 4. Strong understanding of customer service processes, digital transformation, and the CX journey. 5. Experience working in or selling to BPO, contact centers, or technology-enabled service providers. 6. Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills. 7. Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets. 8. Familiarity with CRM platforms, telephony, or workflow automation technologies is an advantage. 9. Exposure to SaaS-based sales models or digital transformation projects. 10. Regional experience in APAC markets and familiarity with multi-country client engagements. Responsibility 1. Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for digital CX and automation solutions. 2. Engage with prospects and clients to understand their operational pain points and recommend relevant digital solutions. 3. Lead consultative sales efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations. 4. Work with internal product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and expectations. 5. Create and manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on progress against sales targets. 6. Stay updated on CX technology trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
