As a Business Development Executive- Country Operations, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our revenue growth and service expansion through Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) and Value-Added Services (VAS). Revenue Growth & Market Expansion Performance Tracking & Optimization Strategic Partner Management Payment & Settlement Coordination Content Strategy & Research Affiliate Channel Development Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive Revenue & Market Growth Strategically manage and grow revenue in assigned markets through data-backed planning and execution. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with proactive campaigns and performance tracking. Identify new revenue opportunities, including untapped markets, partnerships, and innovative service ideas. 2. Optimize Service Performance Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue metrics. Propose and implement optimization plans to ensure service offerings are effective and performing above benchmarks. Coordinate smooth market launches and maintain seamless service continuity. Ensure all services are launched and maintained in full compliance with regulatory, telco, aggregators and internal policy requirements. 3. Build & Manage Strategic Partnerships Foster and maintain strong relationships with mobile operators, aggregators, and content/service providers. Negotiate better commercial terms and collaborative agreements to boost return on investment (ROI). 4. Payment & Settlement Oversight Track and follow up on payment cycles and settlement reports to ensure timely collection and reporting accuracy. 5. Data-Driven Insights & Market Analysis Conduct regular deep-dive analysis of service performance and market trends. Deliver insights and recommendations for growth, service optimization, and content strategy. 6. Content Research & Development Research market-specific content preferences and industry trends to guide service development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, content, tech) to launch relevant and high-quality content offerings. 7. Operational Excellence Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain high responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones. 8. Ad Hoc Tasks Take ownership of other tasks or strategic initiatives as assigned, your input will help shape the company's growth direction. Who we are Looking for Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: 1-2 years in business development, digital services, telco, or content platform industries. Fresh graduates with high drive are also welcome. Language Skills: Proficient in English (written & spoken), you'll be communicating with international partners regularly. Flexibility: Able to support coordination and communication across different time zones. Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, process-oriented, and a strong team player with a proactive attitude. Skills: Solid communication and presentation skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
