This individual would be directly involved in managing, evaluating, and providing meaningful insights that help the organization to take informed decision in driving business growth in General Trade & Key Accounts (indirect channel). The ideal candidate must possess strategic thinking in business performance measurements & pro-active collaboration mindset with internal & external stakeholders with the intent to deliver quality outcome. If you are that person, we will love to have you in the team! Key Responsibilities: Deployment Strategy for B2B Program for General Trade . Main contact point between Deployment, Design & Development team for deployment planning and alignment. . Design end-to-end deployment strategy for General Trade B2B Programs (Trade Investing Universe, P4P Sell In, Sticker Program & National Trade Program). . Continuous fine tuning outlet selection & segmentation with Commercial Forces to aligned with principles and goals. . Inclusive of monitoring, assessment & evaluation of implemented program progressively with your critical stakeholders through governance meeting and cadence. . Working closely with Finance Business Planning to ensure all financial aspect are included to ensure programs are generating improvement for the business, be it business KPI or ROI . This also inclusive of setting up the right offline and online cadences to share program progression to key stakeholders and drive direction to achieve maximum effectiveness of the programs. . Ensuring that new programs are assessed by legal team & went through other critical processes (BMR) prior deployment. B2B Program & Consumable Portfolio Support . On top of constant monitoring offline, to continuous seek ways to delight and motivate retailers in driving incremental for our business (IE: program booster or festive gifts) . In reviewing the target setting, program execution process (sticker program) to ensure that operational requirements are still intact in driving program effectiveness. . Work closely with commercial forces to plan upfront on their national trade program usage in driving volume for the business. . Cross functional collaboration with portfolio team in supporting all their OB plans which includes launches, pack upgrade, brand awareness, depletion. Deployment Planning (Cycle Brief Governance) for General Trade & Key Account Execution . Coordination with various program / channel owners in ensuring all necessary deployment requirement are met prior communication to commercial forces. . This includes forward planning, reviewing cycle communication, and cascading information (end to end) to ensure that all communication documents are relevant for the commercial forces. . Anticipate and consistently stay in touch with all the program owners on the progression of preparation & updates to ensure the execution is as per the current cycle requirement. . Continuous effort to fine tuning the cycle communication approach by proactively gaining feedback from stakeholders. B2B System Strategy Deployment for Indirect Channel . This role will be handling 2 B2B systems, the first is iSMS which is EZD POS HH that records sales transaction, data collection & payment collection. The second system is DTE which is a website published to retailers & cashier for any form of trade engagement. . Ensure that iSMS system is up to date with the deployment plan namely, product pricing, new product listing, data collection call cards, programs BTG update, geotree segmentation. . Closely working with IT team in supporting commercial change request for the system. Prioritizing business requirement, building business case & user journey, monitor progression of development, UAT & go live. . Strategically plan to drive DTE usage within Indirect Channel through toolbox, application integration, improving UI UX to gain quality base of user with consistent active login & participation rate. . Monitoring closely on all existing operational requirement for DTE which includes manual points injection, self-compliance process, user redemption, CSC inbound call, database management. Controls & Audit . Ensuring all Global and Local controls are in place with the right frequency of execution to protect our company of reputation and fraud risk. . Compliance check and payout process must be diligently monitor as per the latest audit requirement that approved by Finance Director. . System pricing and segregation of duty review are essential to ensure our system are up-to-date and reduce the risk of data theft, tempering. . Consultation to program owners on potential risk of their program design balancing between operational vs. intensity of audit & compliance check . Platform and process owner for eTPA to ensure that all programs are documented for future audit and reference Financial Management . Responsible to ensure that all budget phasing, accrual, program estimation, budget actualization is reporting as accurate as possible. . This includes coordination with the entire commercial planning budget for OB & RF exercise to ensure that every budget planning is as per the recent business direction. . Monitoring on PO, GR & IR is done diligently by the team in the accuracy of budget planning and actualization. . Ensuring that year end accrual is properly reviewed to avoid unprecedented over and under accrual that have impact to financial aspect. Essential Skills and competencies: . At least 5-8 years prior experience working in various leadership roles (managerial) scopes including commercial cycle planning, trade marketing, field sales and data analysis. . Additional plus if the candidate has in-depth experience in Excel, PowerBI and Data Governance management. . The candidate must possess strong business acumen on FMCG industry to have the ability in contributing and driving business goal through establishing meaningful insights through data and channel management. . A pro-active team member that could lead the scope, consulting stakeholders, prioritizing workload in a dynamic environment while driving impactful business outcome. . A solid Forward Looking and entrepreneurial persona that is always curious and continuously to seek for input/ideas from diverse sources to find solutions to business problems or capitalize growth opportunities. . Attention to details when comes to understanding and connecting data, and ability to communicate to stakeholders comfortably on ideas and action plans.
