About our client: Our client is a well-known company within their industry. Currently, they are looking for a high caliber Financial Planning & Analysis Manager/Senior Manager to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Work with the commercial markets to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop variance analysis reports and financial models. Identify gaps from monthly forecast results and targets, provide recommendations/suggestions to improve business performance. Communicate any financial issues to management. Assess and monitor the company's overall financial health. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives. Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance. Perform detailed monthly financial reports to managers. Collaborate with senior members of the accounting and finance teams. Job Requirements: Min degree in Accounting and Finance Professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with good business acumen.
