Demand Planning Manager - B2B

• This role is responsible both connection between demand and supply, optimising the end-to-end supply chain planning process by facilitating the S&OP demand planning function and collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing and Commercial teams to integrate all unconstrained demand forecasts from various market segments and enhance forecast accuracy.

• Take care of Demand Planning process
• Integrate with Supply Planning to improve the overall S&OP
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team
• Consolidate, validate, and conduct comprehensive analysis of all demand forecasts to establish a strong demand plan crucial for supply planning and S&OP
• Manage the entire O2C process for export orders, including order taking, planning and production, delivery and payment collection.
• Oversee customer relationship and ensure satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related studies.
• Min 5 years in Supply Chain Management within manufacturing environment
• Familiar with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and S&OP processes
• Prior involvement in international sales and logistics are advantageous.
