- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of HR-related experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and exit process.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documents are up to date.
- Assist with monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
- Support employee engagement, training coordination, and internal communication.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
