- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (any field)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in administrative function
- You are diligent, confidential and able to follow procedures put in place
- As a person you pay attention to detail and are well organised
- You are flexible and not afraid of getting yours hands dirty if need to be
- Knowledge of UBS-Sage accounting and payroll system is a plus
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to use Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work in Klang (near Bukit Raya/Setia Alam)
- Assist administration with UBS-Sage payroll system and EPF-SOCSO contributions
- Assist accounting department on data-entry of expenditures in UBS-Sage accounting system
- Liaise with forwarding companies to facilitate importation of goods and custom clearance from ports
- Liaise with local transport companies and plan out-going delivery to local and overseas clients
- Provide internal support to our sales organisation, order processing, sending out samples etc…
- Other assignments as the case may be
