Job DescriptionZenith Group Sdn. Bhd. is a leading life insurance and financial consultancy agency with over 30 years of presence in Malaysia. We are expanding our support team and looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individuals to join us immediately.We are hiring for the following positions:1. Admin AssistantJob ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor renewals, payments, and outstanding rentals/utilities.Track and follow up with policyholders on overdue premium payments.Draft letters and correspondence for various administrative purposes.Handle general administrative and office support tasks.2. Agency Support ExecutiveJob ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and administrative tasks of the agency.Prepare marketing materials and promotional content for insurance products and services.Assist in preparing scripts and social media content for agents to attract and close sales.Provide day-to-day support to advisors, including application processing and referral follow-ups.Use Canva and Microsoft Office tools to create professional materials.Salary & BenefitsπŸ’° Salary: RM1,800 – RM3,000 per month
