- From Accounting background is a plus
- Can handle multi-functional office duties in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
- Skills required: Administrative Support, Financial Reporting, Data Entry and Accounting.
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation.
- Accurately enter sales orders into the system (manual or software-based).
- Verify product codes, pricing, and customer delivery details.
- Track pending orders and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- Perform general office administration such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and stock of office supplies.
