About the Role We are looking for a creative and analytical Senior Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You&aposll work closely with internal departments to ensure our brand message is consistently delivered and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, monitor, and analyze digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign resources. Manage Social Media accounts and online activities. Manage marketing communication channels. Actively contribute ideas for campaigns and market trends. Meet deadlines set for campaigns and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand implementation across departments. Compile monthly and weekly statistical reports, identify and suggest strategies on potential areas of improvement with related personals, with the objective of achieving brand forecast. Maintain and improve the brand dictionary to ensure consistency in messaging and tone. Support in identifying marketing challenges and opportunities, and assist in developing solutions. Plan and execute yearly, quarterly & monthly marketing activities, assist on the maintenance, monitor & improvement activities. Conduct periodic competitor and customer research to support strategy development. Other tasks that may be assigned. Key Technical Skills and Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a relevant marketing or digital marketing role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
