Your Role in VT Markets As a Client Relations Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager focused on lead conversion, you will play a critical role in turning prospective leads into active, trading retail clients. You'll be reporting to the Head of Retail Conversion and primary point of contact for high-intent leads-guiding them through onboarding, account funding, and platform activation. Your mission is to build trust, educate potential clients on our products and platforms, and ensure a seamless experience from registration to first trade. This role is both consultative and sales-driven, requiring a balance of product knowledge, relationship management, and commercial acumen. Your responsibilities will include Lead Conversion Engage with inbound leads and contacts from marketing, partnership, and event channels to drive account funding and first-time trades. Understand clients' trading experience, interests, and needs to offer tailored onboarding support and product education. Track and follow up on non-funded or inactive accounts using CRM workflows, call campaigns, and personalised communication. Client Onboarding & Activation Guide new users through the account opening, KYC, and funding processes; provide prompt assistance for any issues or friction points. Collaborate with support and compliance teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding journey. Promote key platform features, tools, and benefits to encourage trading activity. Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with retail clients across different stages of the trading journey-from new signups to early-stage traders. Identify opportunities for upsell or reactivation of dormant accounts through education, incentive programmes or personalised outreach. Support key client conversion campaigns and referral programmes when applicable. Performance Tracking & Insights Maintain accurate records of interactions and client status in the CRM system. Report on conversion metrics, client feedback, and pipeline status to the team lead or manager. Share client insights with product, marketing, and community teams to enhance client experience and optimise messaging. At least 2 years of experience in client relations, sales, or account management-preferably in a trading, fintech, or financial services environment. Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial products (e.g., forex, CFDs, crypto), and retail investor behaviours. Technical and Functional skills: Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and client tracking systems. Proven ability to work with KPIs related to sales conversion, onboarding success, or client engagement. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus. Consultative, client-first mindset with a strong sense of commercial accountability. Comfortable handling high call/email volume and fast follow-ups. Team player who collaborates well with marketing, community, and product teams. Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for new traders.
