Admin Executive

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents).
• Maintain and organize records, documents, and correspondence systematically.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence

• Handle data entry and assist in updating reports.
• Run errands and support daily office operations as required.
• Assist in closing of retail sales records & preparing reports.
• Submit daily/weekly sales updates and reports via WhatsApp or other assigned channels.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

• Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
