Job Role: Lead Solution Consultant We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Solution Consultant to lead our client onboarding team, specializing in solutioning SaaS product implementations with a strong focus on HRIS or related functions. Job Scope: Pre-Workshop Analysis & Preparedness : Lead a solution consulting team to conduct thorough pre workshop analysis to understand customer needs and concerns. Prepare documentation and analysis reports to ensure effective workshop outcomes. Host Workshop, Baseline Requirements : Facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements from clients. Collaborate with internal teams to establish baseline requirements for the implementation. Solutionize Customer Needs & Concerns, Suggest Work-Arounds, Secure Workbook Sign-Off: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns, providing innovative solutions. Propose and implement workarounds to address challenges. Ensure sign-off on the implementation workbook from stakeholders. Serve as Internal Customer for Configuration & Integration Team: Act as the internal customer for the configuration and integration teams, providing clear guidance on client requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient product configuration. Liaise with Product for Functional Design & Prioritization of Feature Improvements: Collaborate with the product team to communicate functional design requirements based on client needs. Prioritize and advocate for feature improvements based on customer feedback. Implementation: Apply expertise in ensuring product configuration meet client-specific needs. Guide the integration of the product with other systems. Assist with data migration, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems. Testing and Validation : Supervise comprehensive testing of the product configuration to ensure it meets client requirements. Validate the implemented solution against specified criteria. Training and Documentation: Train client users on product usage, customizations, and integrations. Ensure administration of detailed documentation for the implementation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications. Go Live and Hypercare Support: Play a key role in the final deployment of the product configuration into production. Provide hypercare support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and address questions Job Requirements: Full-time degree from a recognized institute. Minimum 3 years of experience in leading implementation projects. Expertise in pre-workshop analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT). Proven experience in working with HCM products. Having handled Travel & Expense/ Benefits domain is highly desirable. Dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills. Solid problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with large organizations' stakeholders. Ability to successfully navigate challenges, ensuring high-quality deliverables while managing multiple implementation projects concurrently. Ability to collaborate with a large team, working towards common goals.
