The MXDR Solutions Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical expertise and help clients in developing solutions where Cynclair's Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) can be tailored for their cybersecurity needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threat detection methodologies, and incident response best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Development and Design: o Design customized MXDR solutions that align with clients' business goals, compliance requirements, and risk tolerance. o Develop detailed implementation plans, including configuration, integration, and testing of MXDR technologies and tools. o Lead the implementation of MXDR solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and project timelines. o Lead the team in building tailored proposals for customers, proof of concepts, RFP/RFIs 2. MXDR Subject Matter Expert: o Serve as a subject matter expert on Cynclair's MXDR technologies, including SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), threat intelligence platforms, and security analytics tools. o Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in the field. 3. Client Consultation & Relationship Management: o Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and objectives. o Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' existing security infrastructure, processes, and capabilities. o Provide expert advice and recommendations on the design, implementation, and optimization of MXDR solutions to enhance clients' cybersecurity posture. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their cybersecurity journey. o Collaborate with sales, account management, and technical teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional MXDR services and solutions. 4. Partner Consultation & Relationship Management: o Collaborate with partners to understand their target client's cybersecurity requirements, challenges, and objectives. o Assist partners in developing outcome driven proposals and solutions. o Capture partner feedback on improvements, features and capabilities for Cynclair's MXDR platform or service offerings. o Provide expert advice and recommendations on the design, implementation, and optimization of MXDR solutions to enhance clients' cybersecurity posture. 5. Training and Knowledge Transfer: o Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to partners & clients' security teams on the operation, maintenance, and optimization of MXDR solutions. o Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices to support clients in maximizing the value of their MXDR investments. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master&aposs degree preferred). 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on MXDR solutions design and implementation. 3. Strong technical proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, including SIEM, EDR, threat intelligence, and security analytics. 4. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing MXDR solutions for enterprise clients across diverse industries. 5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable.
