- Responsible to prepare TGS (gross sales, turnover target planning) and forecasting & TGS achievement.
- Aligned target setting per agent & customer (TGS) with service provider and call center manager
- Ensure Sales Force Management analysis for Sales to support correct customer segmentation.
- Responsible for customer segmentation & definition of Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group.
- Define/Review Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group for 12 months, track/adapt after 6 months Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) customer group's performance.
- Calculate & ensure EBIT of the channel under responsibility.
- Control sales process by:
- Getting promo activities and promo calendar from marketing.
- Collect information on new launched products, Define focus products.
- Define target setting per agent & customer [TGS]
- Define & align Customer Project or Order Based Project (OB) targets with Business Operations (BOP).
- Sales data integrated planning and ordering system (IPOS) & Sales Price (SPs) system exchange preparation.
- Ensure the customer development report is analyzed and all action are taken.
- Based on the report provided by with Business Operations (BOP) prepare customer mix for next year and align with channel management and Cost Break Down (CBD)
- Finalize activity per customer lifecycle (Potential, Prospective, New, Active, Lapsed, Lost)
- Provide reporting on quality check of OB team performance and analyze dynamics of OB and specialized trade customer performance.
- Working together with marketing on promotion of OB promotion calendar.
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Operation or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in sales with knowledge in sales budgeting and planning.
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, planning & organization skills, resourceful and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Proficiency in digital platforms (MS Teams, shared drive etc.)
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud, or any other CRM system.

- Possess strong analytical skills, resourceful, energetic, and driven to solve challenges. Able to utilize networks and available resources to achieve business goals.
