
Outbound Agent (Indoor Sales)

- Handle inbound & outbound sales calls to deliver promotions, promote products & services, provide quotes, follow up on inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Meeting sales targets or project deadline set by the company (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
- Track sales progress and implement sales strategies to ensure targets are met.
- Understand and stay informed about the products and services feature and USP.
- Research potential customers and identify new leads through databases or referrals
- Manage and follow up on sales process from providing quotation to delivery
- Maintain sales call details in CRM (sales activities, customer preferences, customer requests, interaction details etc)
- Ensure sales order, delivery and payment are processed promptly and accurately
- Provide prompt customer service and build relationship with customers to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, logistic, admin and related departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Min Diploma in any course
- Min 1 year working experience in sales, added advantage for power tools related industry
- English, Bahasa and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers
- Ability to influence customer decision and overcome objections
- Effectively solving customer problems and meeting their needs
- Result driven, proactive, good negotiation and relationship management skills
- Possess data processing skills (Microsoft Office & SAP)
