Job Responsibility Reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, Emails and other platform to promote GPS and navigation products/services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate product information. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems. Collaborate with the team and share feedback to improve sales strategies. Job Requirements Fluency in English(Verbal and Written is a must) Minimum 1-2 years of Telesales background Experienced in BPO company is a plus point Miniumum Education level - Diploma in any field.
